‘The Fog’ Settles In Around Solomon Island

Not to turn the Eye into weather reporters, but it seems as though Solomon Island just can’t get a break these days. You might recall Kingsmouth fishing vessel Lady Margaret‘s incident at sea last week, the rescue parties for which were forced to end their search early on account of dangerous weather conditions. It now seems that danger has followed them home, according to our own on-site reporters. Hoping to get an interview with the crew of the Lady Margaret, we dispatched members of The Watchful Eye team on a weekend excursion to Solomon Island.

Breaking News: Lady Margaret Returns To Port

In what might only be described as a small miracle, Kingsmouth’s missing vessel, now identified as the Lady Margaret, has returned to Kingsmouth Harbor. According to our anonymous source, the Lady Margaret was spotted emerging from the still-present fog at 6:28AM by workers at a nearby gas station. No worse for the wear, the vessel docked successfully, with the Kingsmouth Fire Department on site to provide her crew with much-needed food, water, and warmth.

While the Lady Margaret may be just as sturdy (and just as rusty) as when she left port, her crew has been stated as “exhibiting symptoms of hysteria”. Unwilling or unable to speak to friends, families, or local law enforcement, the crew has been taken in for medical evaluation by the town’s resident physician.

Although we recognize that our readers are probably growing a little tired of this now-ordinary story, we felt obligated to conclude the saga once we received the news. We wish the Lady Margaret’s crew a speedy recovery!

Kingsmouth Rescue Called Off Due To Unsafe Conditions

It seems the (already bad) luck of the crew of the recently-reported missing vessel out of Kingsmouth, Maine has finally run out. A tip from our anonymous source tells us that a local search party organized by the town’s Sheriff’s Department has now been called off, less than 48 hours after it began, on account of unsafe weather conditions. Three dinghies carrying crews of five men each have scoured the rocky inlets surrounding the state’s island chains, while a larger towing vessel was captained out into the Gulf of Maine and, towards the end of the search, the Atlantic Ocean.

Reports from the larger vessel indicate a thick blanket of fog less than two nautical miles to the southeast from where the Gulf and the Atlantic meet. The vessel sailed into the fog hoping to breach it, but was forced to turn back due to the density. As of receiving the previous tip, the fog has spread over the Gulf of Maine and is now visible from Kingsmouth Harbor. Not wanting to risk any more lost vessels, Sherriff Helen Bannerman has called off rescue efforts prematurely.

Although our readers aren’t convinced the missing vessel is of any significance to the conspiracy world, the Watchful Eye sends its prayers to the families of the missing crew, and hope that the weather takes a turn for the better soon, so that the search can be resumed.
